Prerequisites

This course assumes you've completed AI Quick Start Essentials or The Centaur Program: Foundation. You should already understand how AI generates responses, the main failure modes, and what data should never go into AI tools.

1. Copilot Foundations (~20 min) — What Copilot is, how data access works, Centaur principles applied
2. Application by Tool (~35 min) — Deep dives on Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
3. Safe and Effective Use (~15 min) — Security, workflow, habit-building strategy
